Bruce Mcdonough
Managing Director
Bruce has a Diploma in Agriculture and a National Certificate – Civil
Construction Works Supervisor. He is a Registered Chemical Applicator (R110) with over 30 years running vegetation and infrastructure maintenance contracts for NZTA and Local Authorities. He also is an STMS Mentor.
Bruce is very practical and can identify solutions to issues readily. He is innovative and thinks outside the square. He has been involved with Local Authority and Waka Kotahi NZTA vegetation control, traffic services and construction contracts since 1992. Bruce has undertaken numerous farm water irrigation and effluent schemes throughout the Southern South Island.
He has built strong relationships with consultants and other stakeholders during his 30 plus years in managing his own business and the contracts mentioned. He is also a Past President of the Southland Branch of the NZ Contractors Federation.

Janine Heads
Chief Executive
Janine Heads B.Sc (Hons), Dip.Teaching, has been with the company since May 2021.
She has over 25 years teaching experience with an extensive background in Senior Management and Pastoral needs as well as Compliance and Auditing.
Janine is responsible for the day to day running of the business, contract
performance, staff well-being and training, client liaison and accounts
receivable.

Wendy Whitson
Compliance Manager
Wendy Whitson B.Com, has been with the company since 2002.
Wendy is an experienced manager with significant experience in business and contract management within the Civil Contracting industry and local government.
Wendy is responsible for Health and Safety, Compliance and Traffic
Management.

Margaret is an experienced administrator who is responsible for accounts payable and wages plus many other administrative duties.
